By accessing and using this website and registering for our job training program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Registration

To register for our program, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Payment Terms

• Registration fee: ₹99 (one-time, non-refundable)
• Payment is processed through Razorpay
• We reserve the right to decline any transaction

4. Program Details

• 60-day job training program
• Job placement assistance
• Expected salary range: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000/month
• Placement is subject to qualification and interview success

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Actively participate in the training program
• Comply with all program guidelines
• Not engage in any illegal or harmful activities

6. Limitation of Liability

StudentsInitiative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Job placement is subject to market conditions and individual performance.

7. Refund Policy

The ₹99 registration fee is non-refundable. Once registered, you have access to the training program for 60 days.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
